Manufacturing Engineer

Our client, a top personal care manufacturing company is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer in New Albany! The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering with experience in contract manufacturing or handling project management within personal care industry.
Role overview:
- Contract Role: 5 months
- Pay: $25/hr on W2
- Function as an individual contributor primarily reporting to a Senior or Technical Services Manager.
- Drives process development and handles the transfer of new technical capabilities or technologies.
- Evaluates critical manufacturing variables, including process flow, control systems, equipment setup, material compatibility, and contaminant impacts.
- Coordinates projects from the initial prototype phase through to active manufacturing while collaborating across cross-functional product development and contract manufacturing search teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical or other Engineering.
- Prior experience working within product development or technical function.
- Desired experience includes working with contract manufacturing or handling project management.
- Prior experience in personal care industry and cost evaluation is highly preferred.
