Senior Manufacturing EngineerRogue Fitness is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer for our Manufacturing Operations in Columbus, OH. The Senior Manufacturing Engineer is a fully onsite role in Columbus, Ohio. Remote work is not available. Responsibilities:Improve the performance of various Metal Fabrication Processes through the use of Engineering Tools and an Engineering mindsetProvide engineering support to enhance safety, quality, and productivityWork cross-functionally to identify problems and recommend solutionsManage multiple and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environmentDistill large volumes of data into actionable business strategiesSupport business strategy and help identify key projects for the groupQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering is requiredAdvanced engineering Degree or MBA is a plus3+ years of work experience in a Manufacturing environment is required5+ years of work experience in a Manufacturing environment is preferredExperience improving CNC Machining, Laser Cutting, and/or Robotic Welding operationsExperience purchasing capital equipment and supporting production start-upExperience with automation of material handling processesKnowledge of quality systems and process controlsData-driven and analytical, with the ability to find solutions through data analysis and attention to detailMust have a hands-on mentality and the ability to work effectively with production team members
