Job Summary: Essential Functions And Responsibilities (Duties Which Are Critical/Central To Accomplishing The Purpose Of The Job):

• Lead the management of Client's IT Infrastructure projects from planning to implementation
• Work with IT Infrastructure Manager on scoping, planning, coordination & execution of projects
• Set project goals and develop plans to meet those goals
• Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports
• Ensure that projects milestones and overall timelines are met
• Identify, manage and proactively alert management of new project risks
• Use project management tools to track & report project performance and details
• Organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progress
• Develop weekly and monthly status reports identifying issues and risks, and document the status of each work assignment and plans for the following reporting period
• Schedule meetings with the project team, stakeholders, and other participants; prepare agendas; and take meeting minutes capturing discussion points and action items
• Develop relationship with PMO, business stakeholders & vendors
• Facilitate communication and coordination between vendors, business managers & PMO
• Follow up on all pending items with vendors and various stakeholders
• Provide status updates in weekly meetings and answer queries between weekly meetings
• Update project details (track milestones, costs, and delivery dates in PM tool) in Smartsheet

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities (Required For This Job): The candidate must have:

• 5 or more years of professional work experience as a project manager (PMP or Agile)
• Good knowledge of technical IT concepts to understand requirements, facilitate conversations and advance projects
• Ability to work on multiple projects at a time and deliver in a fast-paced, multi-vendor environment under tight deadlines
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent presentation and communications (written and oral) skills to effectively articulate strategy, milestones, and goals to target audiences
• Experience with project management and Agile tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.)
• Demonstrate initiative with creative thinking with attention to detail
