Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Track sales metrics and report on performance to senior management. Attend industry events and trade shows to promote Deterco’s products and services. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a territory management role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory.
