Certifications/Licences:

• Current ONS Provider certification required
• Current, unencumbered Utah or compact state RN license
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Current Wound Care certification preferred but not required
• Have full COVID-19 vaccination, or approved exemption

Mandatory Experience:

• RN Oncology
• 3+ years experience
• EMR Used Meditech
