Job Description Job Description Role overview 1-800-Painters is looking for an Estimator to meet with homeowners, assess residential painting projects, and provide accurate interior and exterior painting estimates. This role involves traveling to customer homes, building trust with homeowners, understanding project needs, and closing sales opportunities. Responsibilities * Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments * Conduct on-site evaluations for interior and exterior painting projects * Measure spaces and assess project scope * Prepare and present detailed estimates and proposals * Build rapport and maintain a professional customer experience * Follow up on estimates and close sales opportunities * Coordinate with production/project management teams after sale * Maintain accurate customer notes and sales records in CRM * Generate referrals and repeat business opportunities Qualifications * Previous sales experience required. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Comfortable walking properties and entering customer homes professionally * Self-motivated with strong time management skills * Ability to measure and estimate residential projects * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Basic technology skills (CRM, tablet, smartphone, email)
