Quoting Estimator/Cost Analyst

Role RESRG Automotive is seeking you to join our team as a Quoting Estimator in our Troy, MI facility! Responsibilities Drive estimation activities to build a comprehensive and well‑supported business case. Manage multiple projects concurrently across various stages of development Contribute to the presentation of the business case to senior management Conduct marginal and sensitivity analyses to evaluate financial impacts and decision drivers. Critically evaluate and validate stakeholder inputs to ensure accuracy and alignment. Develop deep expertise in product and process costing through proactive cross‑functional collaboration Basic Qualifications Automotive, finance, costing, or engineered products experience Strong understanding of financial concepts Cross functional team experience Preferred Qualifications Experience with injection molded plastic parts, assemblies and finishes Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or Engineering highly preferred Ability to translate/understand CAD drawings About the Company We are a fast-growing B2B company with a strong internal culture that values respect for others, diversity, serving a greater purpose, and passionate creativity.
