Community Health Clinic, Inc. is looking for a Family Practice Physician to see patients of all ages. We offer competitive pay package with incentive program and flexible work hours. Applicants are eligible for NHSC loan re-payment program and State loan repayment program. Key Responsibilities Provide full‑spectrum family medicine care to patients of all ages, including preventive care, chronic disease management, acute care, and health education. Perform routine examinations, diagnostic assessments, and treatment planning. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including nurse practitioners, physician assistants, behavioral health providers, dental providers, and support staff. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR). Participate in quality improvement initiatives and population health efforts. Provide culturally competent care aligned with the clinic’s mission and values. Participate in on‑call rotation as required (if applicable). Engage in community outreach or health education activities as needed. Qualifications & Requirements MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine. Unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license (or ability to obtain prior to start). Current DEA registration . Commitment to serving diverse, underserved, and vulnerable populations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑based care model. Experience in community health, FQHCs, or primary care settings preferred but not required. Bilingual abilities are a plus.
