Position Summary

Meisinger USA & Canada is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Account Manager to support sales efforts and collaborate with our distribution network. This role is primarily in-office , and all standard job duties are performed on-site in Centennial, Colorado. The only remote or out-of-office work associated with this position is travel for trade shows, conventions, and sales events.

This position is ideal for someone looking to launch or grow a career in sales within the dental industry.

The Inside Account Manager will report directly to the Strategic Partnerships Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a high volume of outbound calls (approximately 60+ per day) to prospective and existing customers
• Accurately log all call activity and customer interactions in Salesforce (CRM)
• Support field sales and distribution representatives via phone, email, and text communication
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor partners
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive sales growth
• Manage and grow assigned sales territories
• Attend and travel to trade shows, conventions, and industry events

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-activity environment
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus

Compensation & Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 annually

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $55,000 – $100,000 annually
OTE includes base salary plus commission. Commission is uncapped and based on individual performance, sales results, and territory growth.

Additional Compensation:

• Commission on sales
• Performance-based monthly incentives
• Annual territory growth incentives

Total compensation will vary based on individual performance and business results.

Schedule

In-Office Hours:
Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Travel:
Travel may comprise up to 50% of work time and includes out-of-state trips for trade shows, conventions, and events. Occasional weekend or holiday travel may be required based on business needs.
