Pediatric Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician (LICSW/Psychologist)

Position Overview LifeStance Health is a rapidly growing behavioral health practice currently hiring licensed Therapists or Psychologists (LICSW/PsyD) for part‑time and full‑time positions in our Integrated Care and outpatient team in Norwoods/Taunton. The role involves providing integrated behavioral health care within a pediatric office as well as outpatient psychotherapy. This split position is ideal for clinicians with experience working with patients across the lifespan, utilizing empirically supported treatments, and thriving in a fast‑paced primary care environment. Responsibilities Embed within the pediatric office and serve as an integral part of pediatric teams. Work primarily with pediatric and adolescent patients on acute and chronic health conditions and mental health concerns using evidence‑based therapies such as CBT, motivational interviewing, and brief targeted treatments. Conduct screenings for depression, anxiety, and other conditions; consult frequently with medical professionals. Operate in a quick‑paced, interdisciplinary setting; think quickly and adapt. Qualifications Licensed Therapist or Psychologist (LICSW, PsyD, or equivalent). Excellent communication skills and clinical acumen. Experience working across the lifespan with evidence‑based treatments in a primary care or fast‑paced setting.
