Preferred Certified is seeking an experienced home health Occupational Therapist to perform in Yonkers and the surrounding area for IDD and geriatric patients. You will assess and evaluate functional status and contribute to the total plan of care with physician collaboration. The role is fee-for-service, around 10 visits per week, with pay per visit of $80-$90. Requires NY OT license and 2 years of experience in institutional or home care.
