Your key responsibilities will include: 1. Representing clients in court or before government agencies. 2. Preparing and drafting legal documents, such as pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, and briefs. 3. Conducting extensive legal research and analysis of laws, regulations, and legal articles. 4. Negotiating settlements for legal disputes. 5. Complying with all legal standards and regulations. 6. Performing risk analysis and advising clients on potential legal issues. 7. Providing guidance and counsel to clients on business litigation matters. 8. Coordinating with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure efficient and effective case management. Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications: 1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in business litigation. 3. Must be licensed to practice law in the state. 4. Proven experience in dispute resolution, arbitration, and mediation. 5. Solid understanding of corporate law. 6. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. 7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 8. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 9. Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite. 10.
