The Sales Specialist will manage and grow customer accounts, build relationships with key decision makers, and promote company products and services to meet or exceed sales targets. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings, presenting solutions, preparing quotes or proposals, and following up on leads and opportunities. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing, timely delivery, and effective issue resolution. The Sales Specialist will also provide product training and support to customers and may assist in developing sales strategies and promotional activities.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiations, and closing deals.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present solutions, conduct meetings, and collaborate with internal teams.Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to address client needs, manage inquiries, and resolve issues professionally.Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management skills to support customer education and contribute to team performance.Relevant qualifications include experience in B2B sales or software-related sales, familiarity with CRM tools, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.A high school diploma is required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools are beneficial.
