Nathaniel's HopeWe also partner with over 11 graduate programs to support practicum students and the next generation of ABA professionals.About the RoleThis is a hands-on leadership position combining clinical excellence with team and clinic support.You will be responsible for:Supporting daily clinic flow and structureProviding real-time, on-floor support to RBTs and staffAssisting with opening and closing responsibilitiesReporting directly to the Clinical Director on clinic needs, staffing, and overall operationsWhat We're Looking For? Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field ? Active BCBA certification ? Strong clinical experience in a clinic setting ? Confidence supporting and guiding a team in real time ? Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills ? Ability to balance clinical and operational responsibilitiesResponsibilitiesClinical? Conduct FBAs and oversee development of BIPs ? Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans using data ? Ensure treatment integrity and clinical qualityTeam Support? Supervise and support RBTs and clinical staff ? Provide ongoing feedback, training, and mentorship ? Support onboarding and development of new team membersLeadership & Operations? Support daily clinic operations and flow ? Provide on-floor guidance and problem-solving ? Assist with opening and closing the clinic ? Report directly to the Clinical Director on clinic needs, staffing, and overall operationsAdministrative? Maintain accurate and timely documentation ?
