What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary administrative support for a Commercial Real Estate leasing team.
• Prepare and coordinate lease agreements, amendments, renewals, and related documentation.
• Maintain organized and accurate tenant records and leasing documentation.
• Manage CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and helping drive team adoption and accountability.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and calendars for leasing professionals.
• Partner closely with leasing, accounting, and property management teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.
• Maintain online property listings, marketing packages, and leasing materials.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and help modernize administrative workflows.
• Act as the operational backbone of the leasing team, ensuring deals continue moving forward efficiently.

Required Qualifications

• Commercial Real Estate experience is required.
• Experience supporting leasing, brokerage, or property management teams.
• Background preparing leases, amendments, renewals, and related documentation.
• Strong organizational and document management skills.
• Experience utilizing CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
• Highly proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs before being asked.
• Professional, polished communication skills.
• Genuine passion for Commercial Real Estate and desire for a long-term career home.

Compensation & Benefits

• $60,000 to $65,000 salary
