Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Pelvic Health Physical Therapist who is passionate about helping patients regain confidence, function, and quality of life through specialized pelvic and women's health care. This role is ideal for a therapist who values patient-centered care, strong communication, and the opportunity to grow and develop a pelvic health program within a collaborative outpatient setting.


The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to supporting patients through sensitive and often life-changing stages of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat a variety of pelvic health and women's health conditions including pelvic pain, incontinence, pregnancy-related concerns, postpartum recovery, and pelvic floor dysfunction.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and patient goals.
• Provide patient education to support long-term wellness and recovery.
• Help develop and grow a pelvic and women's health clinical program within an outpatient setting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians and community partners.
• Collaborate with other physical therapists and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in clinical discussions, professional development, and program growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
• Active Washington State Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain licensure.
• Training or strong interest in pelvic health or women's health physical therapy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships with patients, providers, and community partners.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
