The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to supporting patients through sensitive and often life-changing stages of care. Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat a variety of pelvic health and women's health conditions including pelvic pain, incontinence, pregnancy-related concerns, postpartum recovery, and pelvic floor dysfunction.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and patient goals.
- Provide patient education to support long-term wellness and recovery.
- Help develop and grow a pelvic and women's health clinical program within an outpatient setting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians and community partners.
- Collaborate with other physical therapists and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in clinical discussions, professional development, and program growth initiatives.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
- Active Washington State Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain licensure.
- Training or strong interest in pelvic health or women's health physical therapy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with patients, providers, and community partners.
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
