Sales Associate - Tanger Outlets - Fort Worth, TX

Reports To

The Sales Associate will report to the Store Manager.

Job Overview

Mizzen+Main is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate who will delight customers with exceptional service and take pride in exceeding their expectations. Applicants should possess an elevated taste level and an appreciation for men's premium products. 

Responsibilities and Duties

• Become a subject matter expert on Mizzen’s premium product and exemplify our brand values at the highest level.


• Discuss and provide advice on general trends in men’s fashion to confidently build and expand the customer’s wardrobe.


• Cheerfully assist customers with inquiries, sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges.


• Contribute to team effort by consistently striving to achieve daily sales plans and developing relationships with customers that lead to future engagement.


• Participate in the completion of daily store projects while maintaining center focus on the customer's experience.


• Maintain store presentation and uphold visual displays in accordance with Mizzen brand standards.


• Participate in properly stocking, replenishing, folding, hanging, displaying and merchandising inventory.


• Understand and follow all company policies and procedures.


• Stay well-informed on events and promotional offers in-store and online, providing customers with a seamless shopping experience.


• Ensure on site events are executed successfully and in line with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service preferred.


• Excellent communication skills both oral and written, and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.


• Proficient in computer and tablet technology


• Willing to work weekends and holidays as needed.
