Senior Recruiter (Singapore-onsite)

The Role We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring across engineering, product, AI/ML, operations, investment, marketing, and other functional teams at Arta in Mountain View and Singapore. The role is high‑impact and strategic, and can be based in either location. What You Will Do Partner with hiring managers and leadership as a trusted advisor. Drive intake discussions to align on hiring goals, interview strategy, compensation expectations, and market realities. Challenge assumptions and calibrate hiring standards with a deep understanding of startup scaling dynamics. Prioritize hiring plans and make trade‑offs in a resource‑constrained environment. Manage full‑cycle recruiting from kickoff to offer close for technical roles. Create and execute pipelining strategies for all open roles, setting realistic time‑to‑close and resource expectations. Maintain a high‑quality, efficient, and candidate‑centric recruiting experience. Lead recruitment operations: CV screening, interview scheduling, feedback collection, team debriefs, offer letter drafting, and ATS hygiene. Improve recruiting processes, reporting, interview documentation, and operational rigor. Contribute to employer branding, recruiting messaging, and candidate communications. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Finance, Legal/Compliance, and leadership teams on headcount planning and execution. Elevate the recruiting bar through strong judgment, accountability, and cultural assessment. Who You Are 6+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, with a preference for technical recruiting. Must have experience hiring software engineers. Previous experience in startups or large technology companies. Comfortable using Ashby, LinkedIn, and fraud detection tools. Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders. Self‑starter with high ownership and the ability to operate independently in ambiguity. Excellent operational discipline and attention to detail. Based in Singapore or plans to relocate. Strong Plus Recruiting for fintech, AI‑native, or infrastructure‑heavy companies. Hiring senior or staff‑level engineers and technical business leaders. Supporting global hiring across multiple regions. Building recruiting processes in scaling startups.
