Senior Azure Data Engineer

Senior Azure Data Engineer Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Microsoft Azure technologies.
- Analyze various data sources and develop ingestion pipelines for the Cybersecurity Data Lakehouse (CyberDW).
- Build and implement data lake and data engineering solutions using Azure services.
- Work with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Databricks , and related Azure technologies.
- Support the centralization and governance of EIP, DSPM, and DLP data.
- Collaborate with Data Owners, Enterprise Information Protection, and Security Engineering teams.
- Ensure data pipelines meet security, compliance, quality, and performance requirements.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing data pipelines and data processing workflows.
- Participate in Agile development processes and sprint planning.
- Provide timely follow-ups and regular updates on the CyberDW sprint schedule.
- Follow internal IT SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) processes and standards.
- Document data solutions, pipelines, processes, and technical requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver appropriate technical solutions.
- Strong experience as a Senior Data Engineer .
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure data services.
- Experience developing data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) .
- Strong knowledge of Azure Synapse Analytics .
- Hands-on experience with Databricks .
- Experience designing and implementing data lakes/data lakehouse solutions.
- Strong understanding of data ingestion, transformation, and integration.
- Knowledge of data security, governance, and compliance.
- Experience working with large-scale data environments.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Understanding of IT SDLC processes.
