Tank Monitor Coordinator

The Tank Monitor Coordinator supports tank monitor inventory, transfers, deployments, and data management activities. This role maintains accurate system records, resolves exceptions, coordinates with vendors and field personnel, and ensures monitor inventory and transfers are processed efficiently.

What you will do:

• Process tank sensor, inventory order, and fixed asset transfer forms.
• Pull data, create spreadsheets, and maintain tracking reports.
• Research and reconcile monitor locations in FSM, TSS, and vendor systems.
• Create and distribute monitor transfer spreadsheets.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies and transfer exceptions.
• Coordinate monitor orders, inventory, serial numbers, and vendor communications.
• Verify monitor transfers, installations, and sensor functionality.
• Track non-working sensors and coordinate corrective actions.
• Provide status updates and communicate results to field teams and management.

What you will bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical, vocational, or business certification preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year of work experience in a related position, preferably logistics or service preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and data management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze data and resolve discrepancies.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Inventory, logistics, asset management, or operations experience preferred.
• Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams preferred.

Pay Transparency:

The expected annual salary range for this role is $43,440 - $54,300 a year.
