Quality Assurance Consultant III

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and data solutions sector, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Consultant III to join their dynamic team. As a Quality Assurance Consultant III, you will be an integral part of the Quality Assurance department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to quality assurance, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Quality Assurance Consultant III

Location: Charlotte, NC

Pay Range: $55-60 on W2

What's the Job?

• Own and execute comprehensive end-to-end testing for complex solution portfolios, including ETL pipelines, automation frameworks, and Copilot Studio-based agents.
• Ensure production readiness through robust functional validation, data reconciliation, automated regression coverage, and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, data engineers, and platform teams to develop and implement effective test strategies and automation solutions.
• Validate Copilot Studio agent behaviors, including conversational flows, orchestrations, knowledge retrieval, and integrations, using measurable quality signals.
• Produce and maintain release-ready test evidence, including test cases, results, and approval documentation, adhering to governance standards.

What's Needed?

• Extensive experience (8+ years) in enterprise-scale QA, designing test strategies and automation for complex, data-heavy systems.
• Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience validating ETL transformations, data reconciliation, and warehouse concepts.
• Proficiency in building automated testing frameworks and suites, including API, data validations, and regression testing.
• Familiarity with Copilot Studio concepts such as agents, topics, knowledge sources, and analytics, along with experience validating agent integrations and orchestrations.
• Experience producing release-ready test evidence and operating within test governance and approval processes.
