Manufacturing Associate What You’ll Do

• Assist in various stages of the production and assembly process
• Use hand and power tools while working from blueprints
• Prepare, organize, and stage materials for production
• Monitor production lines to ensure smooth and efficient operation
• Load, unload, and transport materials and finished products
• Package and prepare finished products for shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Clean and lubricate equipment as needed
• Lift and move materials safely, following all safety guidelines

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in production, assembly, manufacturing, or general labor
• Comfortable using hand tools
• Prior industrial or manufacturing experience required

Choose from flexible shift options:

• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

✔ Optional overtime available on Saturdays

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Farmington, CT.

The pay range for this position is $18.90 - $18.90/hr.
