Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Active CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence) credential
• State licensure in Massachusetts, or eligibility to obtain
• Previous experience working in a school-based setting, preferably with elementary-aged students
• Strong skills in assessment, IEP planning, and collaboration with educators and families
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
• A positive, student-centered mindset

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and identify speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in elementary students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
• Provide direct therapy services both in individual and small-group formats
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and family members to support each student
• Monitor progress, maintain thorough records, and adjust intervention strategies as needed
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment
