As a Security Officer Dispatch Call Management in Arlington, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As a Dispatch Security Officer at a dynamic automotive financial services location, you will help coordinate security-related communications, monitor activity, support access control, and respond to routine requests. You will provide outstanding customer service while helping maintain an organized environment for employees and visitors. Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor incoming calls, alarms, and communications from personnel and/or field officers, dispatching resources according to site procedures.
• Document incidents, service requests, dispatch activity, and critical information accurately in required logs and reports.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to appropriate personnel as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the automotive finance business location and perimeter, as assigned, to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• This is primarily a driving post.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
