Key Responsibilities\n

As the Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day activities will consist of:

• Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate clients' social, emotional, and environmental challenges upon their admission to the detox program.

• Establishing tailored service plans that include specific goals, intervention strategies, progress monitoring, and follow-up care.

• Providing both individual and family counseling to those facing a range of life challenges, particularly those related to substance abuse and recovery.

• Collaborating with clients to craft personalized action plans that connect them with vital community resources and support services.
\n
• Employing crisis intervention techniques, conducting risk assessments, and developing safety plans when necessary to ensure client welfare.

• Engaging with community organizations to coordinate holistic service provisions and promote client advocacy.

• Participating actively in community outreach initiatives to spread awareness of agency services and beneficial resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be primarily working with individuals experiencing substance use disorders, often compounded by underlying social issues such as trauma, economic hardship, and mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates should possess the following:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
