Patient Placement Team MemberJoin our Patient Placement Team, supporting our hospitals around the clock. In this fast-paced role, you'll manage patient placement and transfers while working across multiple systems including Epic, Transfer Center, Bed Placement, Voalte, Genesys, and Teams to keep care moving smoothly.What You'll DoTriage calls & transfers like a proCoordinate air and ground transportPartner with stroke, trauma & emergency teamsManage patient placement across hospitalsSchedule7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Weekends onlyNo call shiftsWhat We're Looking ForRN with 2+ years acute care (ED or critical care required, patient flow experience a plus)Strong clinical judgment & multitasking skillsTech-savvy and confident communicating with physiciansThrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environmentWhy You'll Love It:Make a direct impact on patient flow and hospital operationsWork with a supportive, collaborative teamHands-on experience with multiple systems and processesWhat We're Looking ForEducation: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. BSN preferred.Experience: 2 years, required. Previous leadership and bed utilization experience is preferred.Licensure/Certification: RN License in Appropriate State, required.Additional Skills (required): Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high level of problem solving and critical thinking skills to find solutions to difficult human, technical, clinical or administrative problems. Excellent problem analysis skills to develop solutions.
