What You'll Do Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions across the organization Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate outreach, interview coordination, and offer management Build and maintain talent pipelines through networking, referrals, job boards, social media, and recruiting events Ensure a positive candidate experience through consistent communication and timely follow-up Collaborate with business leaders and HR teams to support successful onboarding and new hire integration Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS) Track recruiting activity and contribute to process improvements that support hiring goals Represent Apex Service Partners at career fairs, hiring events, and community networking opportunities What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred 2+ years of talent acquisition, recruiting, or staffing experience Experience supporting multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies iCIMS experience preferred Experience recruiting for skilled trades, operations, or field service positions is a plus Why Join Apex Service Partners?
