What You ll Do

• Diagnose and manage urologic conditions, including kidney stones, BPH, incontinence, infections, and other disorders
• Perform surgical procedures in modern operating rooms, including preoperative planning and postoperative follow-up
• Provide hospital and ER consultations, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families on treatment options and preventive care
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies and standards
• Engage in quality improvement and ongoing professional development
• Support a team-based, community-focused practice in a single-site facility

What You Need

• Medical license in Vermont; board-certified or eligible in Urology
• Minimum 1 year of relevant Urology experience (no new grads)
• Ability to perform surgical procedures and manage inpatient/outpatient cases
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
