Earn an average of $24–$32+ per hour with guaranteed pay, tips, and bonuses while leading a busy salon and developing a successful team. We provide industry-leading, hands-on leadership training from a franchise owned by licensed cosmetologists with 30+ years of experience. PTO starts on day one, plus health, dental, and vision benefits for full-time employees. A current Cosmetology or Barber License and availability to work evenings and weekends are required.

What you bring to the team:

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
• Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
