What You’ll Do Build strong relationships with customers and help them find the right RV, boat, or outdoor lifestyle upgrade Manage your pipeline, from follow-up, follow-through, and close Master the Bretz sales process to drive consistent, high-quality deals Maintain high activity, high energy, and a results-driven mindset Stay hungry, coachable, and competitive every day Collaborate with a supportive team that wins together Other duties as assigned What We Are Looking For Proven success in a commission-based sales role strongly preferred Energy, drive, and a competitive mindset A culture fit - team-oriented, coachable, and focused on customer experience High attention to detail and strong communication skills Strong investigative skills Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-moving environment Valid driver's license required with no major traffic violations in the last 3 years To maximize earning potential, you must be willing to work Saturdays High School Diploma or equivalent (required) Who Thrives Here You’re a fit if you: Love sales and win Are competitive, relentless, and great with people Hate being average Are coachable and crave growth Can handle rejection and bounce back with even more energy Want a career, not just a job Have strong communication and closing skills Experience in RV, automotive, powersports, or retail sales is strongly preferred — but not required for people with drive, grit, and charisma.
