About the Role:

This role is for an AI/GenAI Engineer in Plano, TX responsible for designing, developing, and deploying production-grade Agentic AI solutions using Python, LangChain/LangGraph, Kubernetes, and LLM technologies.There will be a total of three interview rounds. The first round will be conducted virtually, while the second and third rounds will be conducted in person in Plano, TX..

Job Title:

AI/ML Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, deploy, and operate production-grade Agentic AI systems for enterprise-scale applications.
• Own AI use cases end-to-end, from business requirement gathering through deployment, monitoring, and ongoing support.
• Develop and implement agent orchestration workflows using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
• Build reusable LLM tools and enterprise skills that enable AI agents to securely interact with business systems.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong track record of building and shipping production systems.
• Hands-on experience designing, deploying, monitoring, and debugging production-grade Agentic AI / GenAI applications.
• Strong Python development expertise for AI and backend engineering.
• Experience with Java or willingness to work extensively with Java-based service layers.
• Practical experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI agent orchestration frameworks

Plano, TX

Interview Details:

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $90,000-$120,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
