Job Title: General Manager Job Type and Compensation Full‑Time Base salary: $75,000–$90,000 per year with an annual bonus potential. Oversee 10–20 team members across clinical and administrative functions, fostering collaboration and accountability. Partner strategically with the Lead Prosthodontist to align clinical care with strong business performance. Manage full P&L responsibility—including budgeting, forecasting, and financial optimization—to achieve revenue and profitability goals. Implement best practices for scheduling, patient flow, and operational efficiency to deliver an exceptional patient experience. Leverage data‑driven insights to monitor and enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) related to patient satisfaction, productivity, and revenue growth. Drive business development through marketing, community engagement, and referral partnerships to grow patient acquisition and retention. Ensure full compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and company standards for quality, ethics, and safety. Champion a positive, high‑performance culture, providing coaching, training, and career development for all team members. Represent ClearChoice in local business and healthcare communities, strengthening brand reputation and community impact. Skills and Experience 5–8+ years of progressive leadership experience with documented P&L ownership ($3M+ preferred). Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets in a consultative, service‑driven environment. Direct management of 8–25 person multi‑disciplinary teams. Strong business acumen including KPI fluency, P&L ownership, forecasting, and strategic planning. Comfort operating in a dual‑function environment (clinical delivery + business performance). Experience managing or participating in a high‑ticket consultative sales process preferred. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or healthcare management degree preferred.
