Business Process Automation Manager

Leading the strategic direction of the Business Process Automation practice, the full-time Business Process Automation Practice Manager will oversee operational excellence, drive innovation, and build trusted relationships with enterprise customers in a fully remote role. Key Responsibilities: Partner with the Sales team to lead discovery and solutioning activities for strategic client opportunities Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria while collaborating with clients for alignment and approval Serve as a primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, fostering strong relationships through strategic guidance and technical leadership Required Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in business process automation, digital transformation, or enterprise technology consulting Proven experience leading client engagements and delivering complex enterprise solutions Strong understanding of process automation technologies and content management platforms Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and customer-facing initiatives Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
