Clinical Psychologist

Children's Resource Group (CRG) is a well-established, multidisciplinary behavioral health practice located on the north side of Indianapolis. Since 1993, we have been committed to providing exceptional, evidence-based care to children, adolescents, adults, and families across Indiana. Our team includes psychologists, psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, school psychologists, a licensed clinical social worker, and speech-language pathologists who work together to provide coordinated, patient-centered care. We offer a full continuum of services, including psychological and neuropsychological evaluations, autism evaluations, individual and family therapy, medication management, speech-language services, educational consultation, and support for schools and families. We are currently seeking a licensed psychologist to join our practice. The ideal candidate has experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and is passionate about providing evidence-based assessment and intervention. Position Summary / Job Description Practice that prioritizes work/life balance. We encourage our providers to create your own schedule. Our practice is open Monday-Friday with the option to work virtually on Saturdays. Responsibilities Working within the multi-disciplinary team allows providers to consult with other specialists and collaborate on the best treatment for the patient. Evaluation and treatment of children, adolescents, and/or adults in private practice; conduct school observations, attend case conferences, and collaborate with the patient’s treatment team. We have a comprehensive office staff that provides support for providers including scheduling intakes, billing, and coordinating follow-up appointments. Providers are W2 employees with a 401(k) retirement plan with matching and medical malpractice insurance. Qualifications Doctoral degree in psychology with current license as HSPP Psychologist (preferably in the state of Indiana). New graduates or experienced providers encouraged to apply. Excellent clinical skills including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions for children, adolescents, and/or adults.
