Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic

Pay Rate: ($24.83/hr. up to $31.50/hr.)

Sign on Bonus: $500 after 30 days, $500 after 6 months, $500 after 1 year

Category/Shift: Hourly Full-Time (A/B Alternating Shifts or C Fixed Shift)

Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends & holidays

Physical Location: Richmond Bulk Container, 2811 Cofer Rd, Richmond, VA 23224

The Job You Will Perform:

• Effectively troubleshoot and repair facility and production mechanical equipment
• Install new or rebuilt machine parts
• Rebuild failed components
• Support installation of new systems and equipment
• Read and understand drawings, diagrams, schematics, OEM Manuals, and other manufacturer specifications
• Maintain accurate parts inventory
• Ensure maintenance common areas are maintained at a neat, clean & safe level

The Skills You Will Bring:

• Industrial field experience as a Multi-Disciplined Mechanical Technician
• Experience with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Basic electrical skills
• Must have own tools - industry specific tools supplied
• Candidates selected for further consideration will be required to complete a computerized test on job related skills, a panel interview, background screen, drug screen, and pre-employment assessment
