Are you a customer-focused professional looking to make an impact in the life sciences sector? A Top-Tier Global Pharma Leader is seeking an RLT Account Customer Support Associate for a 6-month hybrid contract role in East Hanover, NJ (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). In this vital role, you will coordinate product administration scheduling, manage orders, and deliver seamless end-to-end support for cutting-edge Radioligand Therapies (RLT).

responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end customer support activities, including product administration scheduling, order tracking, and delivery for specialized therapies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for field associates, answering inquiries and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Leverage internal case management systems (phone, email, iSMS/text) to promptly track, document, and resolve complex customer requests.
• Maintain strict adherence to Working Practice Documents (WPDs), compliance guidelines, and adverse event reporting processes.
• Support flexible shift schedules (7:30 AM-4:00 PM or 8:30 AM-5:00 PM) to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.

 
qualifications:
Required:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1+ years of progressive biopharmaceutical industry experience in sales, marketing, or patient/customer services.
• Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule in East Hanover, NJ (Onsite: Tue-Thu; Remote: Mon/Fri).

Preferred:

• Background in Oncology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and specialized product-ordering telephony systems.
