Clayton Services is searching for a Parts Inside Sales Associate to join a thriving company in North Houston. The Parts Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for selling and supporting the customers after the sale is completed.

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $22.00 - $26.00/hour

Parts Inside Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Sell parts to exisiting customers over the phone or via email.
• Maintain the inventory of the product's sold by recording the inventory parts and monitoring the stock levels of the parts.
• Reorder any inventory or reoccuring parts immediately.
• Utilize the company's software system to quote, invoice and track the shipment.
• Engage with past customers and follow up to ensure customer satisifcation.
• Maintain an "Open Orders " sheet daily.

 

Parts Inside Sales Associate Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Proficient in QuickBooks.

 

​​​​​​ Parts Inside Sales Associate Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED certificate preferred.
• Must have prior related work experience, preferrably in the HVAC or a manufacturing industry.
