Marketing Coordinator

Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8:30am–5:00pm Turn Ideas Into Marketing That Gets Noticed We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help bring campaigns, content, and marketing projects from idea to execution. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll work across campaign planning, content, research, events, and day‑to‑day marketing activity. You’ll collaborate with different teams, keep projects organized, and help make sure marketing initiatives move forward on time. Key Responsibilities Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives from planning through execution Support the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and digital content Research customers, competitors, and current market trends Assist with social media, email, and other digital marketing activities Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and campaign schedules Coordinate marketing events, meetings, and promotional activities Work with internal teams to gather information and support campaign requirements Track campaign activity, deadlines, and project deliverables Help prepare marketing reports and performance updates Keep marketing files, content, and documentation organized Assist with brand consistency across marketing materials Contribute ideas for new campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives What We’re Looking For Previous experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing, event coordination, content, or a related field is preferred.
