The Opportunity We are seeking a confident, relationship‑driven Client Experience Coordinator to own first impressions, accelerate prospect momentum, and drive consultation flow. This is not a passive front desk role. This is a high‑energy, high‑visibility position that sits at the center of relationship building and firm growth. You will be the first voice and face of our firm — responding quickly to inbound leads, confidently making outbound follow‑up calls, hosting events, and guiding warm prospects toward scheduling consultations. You will operate at the intersection of hospitality, organization, and conversion — delivering a polished, white‑glove experience while ensuring our office environment reflects the highest of standards and no opportunity slips through the cracks. You will play a direct role in ensuring our advisors’ calendars stay full and our prospect pipeline continues moving forward.
