What You'll Do Manage inbound and outbound calls to schedule dental appointments Connect with new and existing patients in a friendly, confident, and professional manner Educate patients about dental services and treatments, answering questions and helping them understand the value of care Use ethical, persuasive communication to guide patients toward scheduling visits Confirm appointments and follow up with patients to maintain an efficient schedule Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to create a seamless patient experience What We're Looking For Dental office experience is REQUIRED Knowledge of dental terminology and dental practice software Strong communication skills with the ability to educate, guide, and reassure patients over the phone Organized, detail‑oriented, and dependable Comfortable working in a goal‑driven environment focused on patient care and scheduling success A friendly, confident, and empathetic phone presence that patients trust immediately Compensation & Growth We believe great performance should be rewarded.
