Casey Auto Group is seeking an organized and reliable Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our Accounting Department. This is a full-time, stable role perfect for an accounts receivable professional who values a consistent schedule within an office environment.

Essential Duties:

• Manage accurate daily posting of parts tickets, service repair orders, rental agreements, and manufacturer invoices.
• Assist with weekly intercompany receivables and sublet schedule reconciliations. Perform monthly "clean-ups" of schedules to clear paid invoices.
• Monitor aging reports and coordinate with supervisors on past-due balances. Proactively report on accounts over 60 days and prepare necessary documentation for legal collections.
• Process A/R deposits and p-notes daily; issue refund checks for parts and service orders.
• Resolve vendor and customer billing inquiries with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Ensure all A/R statements are printed and mailed by the 25th of each month.
• Facilitate the processing of new charge account applications for Office Manager approval.

Qualifications:

• Required: Accounts receivable experience.
• Preferred: Previous experience in an Automotive Dealership setting is highly valued.
• Technical Skills: Strong data entry accuracy and comfort with accounting software/schedules.
• Professionalism: Ability to handle sensitive financial data and conduct collection efforts with tact and integrity.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay range: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
• Full-Time Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
