Personal Lines Account Manager (Hybrid)

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for personal lines clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with efficiency and care. This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment while building lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and service a book of personal lines insurance accounts, including policy reviews, renewals, and changes.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Assist clients in understanding their coverage options and provide tailored recommendations.
Process policy endorsements, cancellations, and renewals accurately and efficiently.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional insurance products and coverages.
Collaborate with carriers to secure competitive quotes and ensure timely processing of client requests.
Stay up to date on industry trends and changes to provide informed advice to clients.

Qualifications and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
2+ years of experience in personal lines insurance, preferably in an account management role.
Property & Casualty insurance license required.
Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency in insurance management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $55,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience.
