PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR - TUCSON M3 Engineering Project Admin, Engineering & Construction Management

Position Overview: Performs project administration duties. Key Responsibilities: This position will be responsible for all aspects of project documents. Completing clerical requests timely Prepare, coordinate and log project correspondence accurately. Issue drawings, specifications, and other project documents Work alone and as part of a team to coordinate administrative tasks and maintain accurate project control files and records. Prepare meeting agendas, record meeting minutes and coordinate meetings. Author or assist in development of project reports, letters, logs, etc. Assist Project Managers, Engineering Managers and Construction Managers with other tasks as required for the success of the projects. Qualifications: Required Education, Experience, Skills and Licensing High school diploma/equivalent with a minimum of 2 years’ administrative experience Proficiency in Microsoft software – Word, Excel, etc. Must be able to travel domestically & internationally to other M3 offices and project sites to provide office/field support for project as required. Must be able to work in a project team and communicate clearly. Bilingual – English/Spanish abilities Be a self-starter, detailed oriented and have exceptional organizational skills. Must be able to interact with clients and co-workers in a professional and respectful manner and work in a team environment sharing roles and responsibilities, with limited supervision. A valid passport or the ability to obtain one is required.
