Job Summary:
Seeking a Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) with strong blood bank experience to perform testing in a fast-paced laboratory setting. This position involves working a 7-day rotational schedule including overnight shifts, ensuring accurate and timely diagnostic results.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct complex laboratory tests using standard procedures and techniques.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor reagent levels, quality control, and safety protocols regularly.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to troubleshoot issues and improve lab operations.
• Ensure proper documentation of test results and laboratory activities.
• Comply with regulatory requirements and maintain current licensure and certifications.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current California CLS or MLS license.
• Possess blood bank experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in clinical lab testing procedures.
• Maintain TB clearance within the past 12 months.
• Exhibit excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Have reliable availability to work a 7-day rotation, including overnight shifts.
