In this role, you\'ll oversee and implement programs with full support from our robust operational teams and systems, ensuring your focus remains entirely on delivering compassionate, client-centered care and driving meaningful progress. Compensation & Incentives – Earn a base salary of $85,000–$95,000, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging $1,000/month).
