We help businesses and municipalities reduce and divert waste, lowering disposal costs and fueling local supply chains by ensuring materials are recovered, recycled, and reused.The Heavy Equipment Operator is responsible for machinery that compresses and binds recyclable materials into bales for easy storage and transportation. This position requires the operator to monitor the machine's performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and safety standards are met. The Equipment Operator is responsible for conducting basic preventative maintenance and inspections of the machine, ensuring it is in proper working order.Shift: 1st (Job Type: Full-time) | Location: 6006 Freeport Rd.
