Strategic US Compensation Leader

Lactalis USA

Lactalis USA seeks a Manager, US Compensation to lead enterprise-wide compensation programs across its multi-site manufacturing and corporate environment. Reporting to the Director of U.S. Compensation & Global Mobility, you will partner with HR and business leaders to develop strategies that attract and retain talent while balancing market competitiveness, internal equity, and regulatory requirements.
