Plaintiff Attorney

Seeking a Plaintiff Attorney with substantial personal injury litigation and first-chair trial experience to deliver exceptional client advocacy and successfully manage cases through verdict.

We are seeking an experienced Plaintiff Trial and Litigation Attorney with strong personal injury litigation experience to represent clients through all stages of litigation, including trial. This role is ideal for an attorney who combines exceptional courtroom advocacy with compassionate client service and has the ability to independently manage cases while achieving favorable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial.
• Meet with clients, evaluate claims, and provide strategic legal guidance throughout the litigation process.
• Build strong client relationships through compassionate communication and exceptional client service.
• Negotiate with insurance companies regarding claims, demands, and settlement offers.
• Prepare and draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation-related documents.
• Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and settlement negotiations.
• Develop case strategy and prepare matters for trial, including witness preparation and exhibit organization.
• Serve as first-chair trial counsel when required.
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case progress and litigation strategy.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure effective case management and timely resolution.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the Georgia Bar.
• Trial Attorney: 5-10 years of plaintiff personal injury experience with trials preferred
• Litigation Attorney: 2-5 years of litigation experience (plaintiff or defense).
• Strong experience evaluating claims, liability, damages, and case value.
• Excellent negotiation, litigation, and courtroom advocacy skills.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to client service.
