General Laborer

Coffman Services is seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to assist with construction, remodeling, property improvement, and maintenance projects. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, can follow instructions, and works well as part of a team. Responsibilities Assist skilled tradespeople with daily project tasks Load, unload, move, and organize tools and materials Prepare and clean job sites before, during, and after projects Perform demolition, cleanup, and other general labor duties Use basic hand and power tools safely Help with remodeling, painting, fencing, landscaping, and other property-improvement projects Follow instructions from supervisors and project leads Observe company policies and job-site safety procedures Complete other duties as assigned Requirements Previous construction or general labor experience is preferred but not required Willingness to learn and take direction Dependable, punctual, and ready to work Ability to work effectively with a team Ability to perform physically demanding tasks Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable transportation to job sites Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is helpful Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periods Ability to lift and carry construction materials, tools, and equipment Ability to safely perform repetitive physical tasks Compensation Pay is based on experience, qualifications, and job responsibilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr Galaxy Distribution
