Please ensure all contact information is correct and up to date. # **REQUIREMENTS:**# Must have at least 6 months of forklift/warehouse experience to be considered. **JOB DESCRIPTION** Position Summary: Mule Opr - Storm Lake Pork Plant This position is responsible for ensuring all materials are transported and/or unloaded in a timely manner while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities**Include, but are not limited to, the following:* Lift boxed product from conveyors and stack onto pallets, including consolidating partial pallets.* Operate equipment, including inverters, stretch wrappers, power industrial trucks, and forklifts.* Load trailers and perform trailer washout duties.* Follow all plant safety policies and procedures.* Scan and label boxes, maintain inventory accuracy, and complete required documentation.* Work in temperatures ranging from -30°F to 100°F.* Work outdoors in all weather conditions, including rain, sleet, snow, and extreme heat.* Perform duties that include walking, climbing ladders, standing, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, and working on concrete surfaces throughout the shift.* Lift, carry, and stack boxes weighing 20 to 110 pounds.* Maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.* Perform other duties as assigned by management. **Physical Requirements:*** Must be able and willing to frequently lift, carry, push, pull, and stack materials weighing 20 to 110 pounds.* Must be able and willing to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8-10 hours per shift.* Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, squat, climb ladders, reach overhead, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.* Must be able and willing to work on concrete surfaces for prolonged periods.* Must be able and willing to work in temperatures ranging from -30°F to 100°F.* Must be able and willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including rain, sleet, snow, and extreme heat.* Must be able and willing to safely operate forklifts, power industrial trucks, and other assigned equipment.* Must be able and willing to wear required personal protective equipment and comply with all safety requirements.**Relocation Assistance Eligible:**No**Work Shift:**ALL SHIFTS (United States of America)**Certain roles at Tyson require background checks.
